    We stand behind the quality of our coffee and tea products, so if you're not completely happy with the quality of your Mystic Monk Coffee product, you may return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 60-day window.

    How do I return a package?

    Please repack the product to return and ship the item(s) to:

    Please include a note with the return address, phone number and description of the problem with your order.

    Any gift item shipped to you from Mystic Monk Coffee may be returned; however, the funds will be returned to the purchaser.

     Do we cover return shipping?

    If the order is damaged or incorrect then please contact us and we will provide for the return shipping labels. If it is an exchange for a different product due to personal preference, then the customer has to pay for the return shipping.
